The internet is amazing! We can connect from just about anywhere in the world! With online training, you get specialized attention like you would with one on one, face to face training with the freedom of meeting anywhere! We will use a variety of forms of exercise such as foam rolling, cardio, resistance training, HIIT workouts, and more to reach your fitness goals! Fitness plans are tailored to your individual, specific needs based on your muscle imbalances and capabilities.

Here's what you get:

*1 or 2 hour long Skype/video session with me per week for 4 weeks

*workout video series consisting of 7 guided fitness videos for the days you don't see me (I'll be there every step of the way!)

*My Change Your Mindset Course which is over 109 minutes of content on how to work through limiting beliefs and build up your confidence and self love (truly life changing and a necessity during your health journey!)

It works like this:

​

*Once you book your spot you will receive an email and get access to my calendar to schedule our first meeting!

 

*You will gain access to your guided workout videos within the first few days of signing up and will receive a workout adherence calendar to track which days you use your videos.

*Either through email or through our video session we will go through the assessment process so I can create a fitness plan tailored to your needs

​

*You will receive access to the Change Your Mindset Course and will receive guidance, tips, and health and fitness knowledge throughout our time together

​

*We will progress the workouts throughout the four weeks to get maximum results!

For 3 one hour long sessions per week for four weeks to maximize your results and get more personalized workouts plus all the above mentioned, pay $400/four weeks.
