One On One Personal Training
Getting fit, feeling good, eating well, walking with confidence...it's hard sometimes right? And it's not always fun (let's be honest). The good news though, is that you don't have to do it alone!
Want a new fun best friend to workout with? Let's rock this! I am so available for you! I offer one on one sessions so you can stay accountable, dedicated, and safe no matter what your fitness goal may be. Want to drop some extra pounds? Lift that booty? Tighten and tone your core? We can do it all! I got you!
We can exercise together at your house, or outdoors at your favorite park or field, wherever you feel comfy! We will use a variety of forms of exercise such as foam rolling, cardio, resistance training, HIIT workouts, yoga, and more to reach your fitness goals! We will have a blast! Fitness plans are tailored to your individual, specific needs based on your muscle imbalances and capabilities so no more endless pain for no gain.
Here's what you get:
*fitness plan tailored to your body and your specific needs
*2-3 sessions with me per week for 4 weeks
*workout video series consisting of 7 guided fitness videos for the days you don't see me (I'll be there every step of the way!)
*adherence log and food diary to keep you on track
*nutrition fact sheet because knowledge=power ;)
*homework to help you stay goal oriented and focused
Bonus
*My Change Your Mindset Course which is over 109 minutes of content on how to work through limiting beliefs and build up your confidence and self love (truly life changing and a necessity during your health journey!)
It works like this:
*Once you book your spot you will receive an email and get access to my calendar to schedule our first meeting!
*You will gain access to your guided workout videos within the first few days of signing up and will receive a workout adherence calendar to track which days you use your videos.
*During our first scheduled appointment we will meet and go through the assessment process so I can create a fitness plan tailored to your needs
*For our second session we will go through your specific fitness plan
*You will receive access to the Change Your Mindset Course and will receive guidance, tips, and health and fitness knowledge throughout our time together
*We will progress the workouts throughout four weeks to get maximum results!
Options
Meet with me 3 times per week for 4 weeks and you save $60! The total for this package is $460/4 weeks.
Meet with me 2 times per week for 4 weeks for $360/4 weeks.
